These handcuffs are double locking, have 23 locking positions, slotted shackles and are made for law enforcement (meets or exceeds military standards). Police handcuffs are inescapable restraints that are not conducive to struggle. The stainless-steel construction of these handcuffs makes them extremely rust resistant. Stainless steel handcuffs can better withstand the elements, making these ideal for patrol officers. Each cuff is serial numbered and comes with two handcuff keys.

• To activate the double lock, use the spike on top of the cuff key to press in the button on the vertical underside of the cuff.
• To unlock cuffs that have been double-locked, turn the key counter clockwise to unlock the double-lock and then clockwise to unlock the cuff itself.
