Out of Stock & Order Policy
At Passional Boutique, we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience and offer you a diverse collection of high-quality products. Due to a change in ownership last year, we are in the process of manually updating and removing outdated stock from our online store, as this is not a service that can be automated through our hosting platform. As a result, there may be instances where an item you order is no longer available, even if it appears on the website.
Here’s how we handle out-of-stock items and orders:

Item Availability: While we do our best to keep our online inventory accurate, there may be occasional discrepancies. If you order an item that is no longer in stock or cannot be restocked, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Restocking: If the item you ordered is out of stock but can be restocked, we will place an order to bring it back to our inventory. Once we receive the restocked item, we will contact you with an estimated delivery timeframe (typically 1-2 weeks).

Store Credit Option: In most cases, if the item you ordered is no longer available and cannot be restocked, we offer store credit for the full amount of your purchase, which can be used immediately on any other product in our store.

Refunds: In certain cases, if there is no other item you are interested in purchasing and the item cannot be restocked, we can offer a refund. Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days, and will be provided in select cases only. If the item can be restocked within 1-2 weeks, we may only offer store credit, as we are still able to fulfill your order within that timeframe.

Cancellation Option: If the restock timeframe does not work for you, we can offer store credit but will not be able to issue a full refund as the item can still be restocked within a reasonable time frame.
