Online Orders Policies
At Passional Boutique & Sexploratorium, your privacy and security are our top priorities. We never sell or trade your information, and all orders are processed securely. A safe and respectful shopping experience is essential to us, and we’re committed to earning your trust as a returning customer.
Shipping
Domestic Orders: We use USPS Priority Mail for standard shipping. UPS shipments require a street address and cannot be delivered to PO Boxes. If a shipment is returned, additional shipping charges will apply for re-sending.
Out-of-Stock & Substitution Response Policy
If an item in your order is unavailable, Passional Boutique will notify you by email with available options, which may include a size substitution, alternative item, or store credit.
Customers must respond within 14 calendar days from the date of our initial notification indicating how they wish to proceed.
Important Terms:
If no response is received within the 14-day response window, the order becomes ineligible for refunds to the original payment method.
After the response window has passed, the only available resolution will be store credit for the full value of the unavailable item.
Store credit may be used online or in-store and is subject to standard expiration terms.
Refunds requested after the response window cannot be honored
This policy ensures fair inventory management and timely resolution for all customers.
International Orders (Temporarily Paused):
Due to the current political climate and recent changes in international customs regulations and taxation, we are temporarily pausing all international orders. These changes have significantly increased international shipping fees and created unpredictable delivery timelines. We are actively monitoring the situation and will resume international shipping when it is reliable and cost-effective for our customers.
We apologize for the inconvenience and thank our international community for their understanding.
Shipping & Processing Times: Most orders ship within 3 business days, except for custom items. If you have specific shipping needs or a tight deadline, please contact us before placing your order. For inquiries, reach our shipping office at 215-829-4986 or via email at passionalstaff@gmail.com. Expect responses within 1–2 hours during office hours (11 AM – 7 PM, Mon–Fri).
Store Pick-Up Orders
Customers selecting Store Pick-Up will be notified once their order is ready. From the time of this notification, customers have 7 days to collect their purchase. After this one-week period, unclaimed items will be returned to the sales floor, though the order will remain active.
If the customer picks up their order or contacts us within the second week (days 8–14), we will gladly retrieve the item(s) again for pick-up. However, if 14 full days pass without communication or pick-up, the order will be canceled.
In such cases, store credit will be issued in the amount of the original purchase. This store credit will be valid for 30 days from the date of issuance. After the 30-day window, the credit will expire, and customers wishing to reorder must pay again.
Sales Tax
Sales tax is charged on orders shipped to Pennsylvania. PA state tax is 6%, and an additional 2% applies to orders shipped within Philadelphia (total 8%).
Identity Verification
For your security, we may request additional verification to ensure valid transactions. This may include address or CVV code confirmation, or in rare cases, a scan of the credit card (with the first part of the number obscured). This step helps protect against fraudulent charges and ensures your order is shipped correctly.
All information provided for verification is kept secure and discarded once the transaction is confirmed.
