Return and Exchange Policy
At PASSIONAL Boutique & Sexploratorium, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products and exceptional service. Due to the nature of the items we carry, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances, except as outlined below. This policy ensures the safety and satisfaction of all our customers.
We will only accept exchanges or issue refunds on clothing items if they are found to be damaged prior to shipment. Should you receive a damaged clothing item, please contact us immediately upon receipt so that we can address the issue.
Discounted and Sale Items:
All sales are final on discounted and sale items. These items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Made to Order / Special Order Items:
All Made to Order and Special Order items, including "Custom" and "Ready to Wear" items, are final sales. These products are made specifically for each customer and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Health and Medical Products:
All health and medical products, as well as undergarments, are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene and safety concerns.
Manufacturer Warranties for Adult Toys:
For adult toys, most brands offer warranties of up to 5 years. We recommend registering your product using the order confirmation on the respective brand's website. If any issues arise with your toy, the manufacturer will typically provide a replacement or credit. Please refer to the manufacturer's warranty terms for more information.
Responsibility for Product Care:
PASSIONAL Boutique & Sexploratorium cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from negligence, improper wear and care, or improper cleaning of any products. We encourage you to follow the care instructions provided by the manufacturer to ensure the longevity and proper use of your items.
