Clear PVC Rave Skirt

This glossy "skater" skirt is a must have.  Made from a very soft and shiny PVC.  You will not be able to take your eyes off this fantastic glossy fabric.

This mini skirt is 15" in length and seamless.

Comfort elastic waistband is 1/2" wide white fabric, comes standard in white, but available by request in black.
