Sims Rectal Speculum

This Stainless Steel Medica-Gradel Speculum is used to spread tissue for examination of the lower rectum and anus. The hinged, fenestrated blades are opened by spring handles, and the screw mechanism locks the blades in place to your desired size opening.  When opened, the prongs spread to a maximum of 2 inches apart.
