PRICE MATCH: If you find one of our products for less on another site,
we will match their price plus shipping and will bill you accordingly.
Simply paste the URL of the lesser priced site, and we will charge your
card the lowest advertised price, and you can still earn PASSIONAL
REWARDS.

CUSTOMER REWARDS: Customers who set up an account on our website, or
join our customer database in the store will receive a "rewards"
certificate based on the amounts purchased at the end of each year.

QUALITY GUARANTEE:
PASSIONAL is committed to offering quality merchandise. PASSIONAL
guarantees on all insertable SILICONE health products that break or
require replacement for any reasons other than gross negligence on the
part of the purchaser (ie. use of incompatible chemical compounds,
damage caused by pets, etc.). If your toy breaks, simply clean it and
return it in a ziplock bag within one year of receipt and we will send
you a FREE replacement, substitution or credit within 30 days.

also guarantees all BATTERY OPERATED products for 90 days from the
receipt date-- again, simply clean the item and return in a ziplock bag
and we will send you a FREE replacement, substitution or credit within
30 days.

ADULT PRODUCTS: All health products are only sold to legal adults, aged
18 or older. By ordering products in the "toy" or "books" or "video" or
"events" catagories, you are confirming that you are a legal adult and
that you are legally permitted to purchase the products ordered by your
local, state and national goverments.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: By entering and utilizing the features of this

GIFT REGISTRY: Customers may add items to our gift registry in our

or by shopping online as if they were making a purchase and then

LAYAWAYS: Layaways require a 20% deposit and monthly payments for a
maximum of three months. Reminder calls will be made to you if your
payment is late, but if no payment is received within 45 days, your
layaway will be restocked and your deposit money forfeited.

SPECIAL ORDERS: If you order an item that is not in stock, we will call
you and offer you a substitution (perhaps in a different color or
similar style) or we will order the item for you with a 50% DEPOSIT if
you wish to proceed with an order. We will advise you of the expected
ship date as soon as we place the order, and once you agree, your
DEPOSIT IS NON-REFUNDABLE. If you choose to cancel the order before we
ship it to you, a credit good toward a future PASSIONAL purchase will

issued to you. If an UNWORN clothing item needs to be exchanged for
size, your credit will be applied to the replacement order.

PASSIONAL-sponsored events at their own risk- neither PASSIONAL nor its
partners, agents or affiliates assumes any liability for real or
imagined injuries that result from your participation in any PASSIONAL

WORKSHOPS are offered to entertain customers as well as promote and
feature our products, projects and business partners. RESERVATIONS
MUST
BE CANCELLED with AT LEAST 24 hours notice or reservation money will be
forfeited. RESERVATIONS CANCELLED within 24 hours will be issued a
credit good toward the purchase of ANY merchandise or services offered
by PASSIONAL, however no refund will be offered unless PASSIONAL or one
of its presenters cancels the workshop.

CUSTOM FITTINGS and PRIVATE SHOPPING sessions are scheduled to assist
customers in finding appropriately sized and styled fashions,
accessories, and other products. RESERVATIONS MUST BE CANCELLED with AT
LEAST 24 hours notice or reservation money will be forfeited.

good toward the purchase of ANY merchandise or services offered by
