PASSIONAL Magazine was started in 1999 as a publication of KDM Enterprises (formerly Fetishes Boutique) in digest form, and was mailed out to over 1,000 subscribers.
PASSIONAL Magazine took a break from printing in 2001 to participate in a cooperative publication known as ObZine, which folded in 2003.
In 2004, KDM Enterprises changed the name of it’s Philadelphia store to PASSIONAL and re-launched PASSIONAL Magazine as a full-color monthly celebrating fashion and passion. In 2005, the magazine  grew to over 32 pages celebrating the Art of Decadence.
In 2006, it has  become a glossy-covered quarterly journal of decadence that is distributed nationwide in clubs, bookstores and boutiques as well as at special events.
